Large villa that enjoys a great seafront position with direct access to the sea –with metallic stairs-. From rocks a narrow path that takes to sandy cove Cala Egos only 200m. away.

Large two-storey semi-detached holiday villa. On the ground floor there is a dining room, from where there is access to the kitchen and to a conservatory with a second dining room that has partial sea views access. The spacious living room has also sea views. From the living room there is access to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Guest toilet and utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master double bedroom with access to a terrace with sea views, en suite bathroom with separate shower and a dressing room. The others, two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom share a separate bathroom.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
