Four bedroom Cala D'or villa with private pool to rent. A short walk from the villa is the marina with stylish restaurants, bars, boutiques and a small supermarket. Cala D'Or centre with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leiuse is 1.2kms away. 

Semi detached-villa with three floors. From the front of the house 5 steps lead down to the entrance of the villa, which opens to the street level floor (middle floor). On this level there is an open lounge dining area with access to the terrace. Kitchen, utility room are accessed from the dining area. Guest toilet.

From here steps to the first floor lead to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom has access to two terraces.

From the entrance level, steps down to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All these bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.

Pool surrounded by an L-shaped terrace, lawned area with sun beds and brick BBQ. Table and chairs on the first floor for al fresco dining with views over the marina in the distance.

Air conditioing with limited and fixed timetable (5.30pm - 7.30pm & 10.00pm - 9.00am)

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
