Villa Bernat (Begur, Costa Brava)

Fantastic property with sea views, located just a few minutes walking from the centre of the village of Begur.

With a single level, it has a bright living dining room leading to the terrace with barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, toilet, bathroom, and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Outside you can enjoy a nice and totally flat garden, with private pool, porch, and two sunny terraces.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
