This apartment is situated on the Canadell beachfront, which is conveniently located close to Llafranc, one of the area’s most popular family-friendly towns. A range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets can easily be reached from the apartment, as can the beach.

In the apartment, you’ll find a lounge/dining room with a balcony, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds alongside an additional shower room. There’s also a kitchen, dishwasher and a washing machine. You’ll also have access to a lift, a balcony and an underground garage for your vehicle.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
