This beautiful stone clad country house is situated at the end of a track in the residential area of La Font. The large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well-kept gardens. A special feature, to one side of the house is the separate conservatory with brick-built BBQ, cooker and washing facilities. The adjacent covered side terrace is ideal for al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool and gardens with mountain views. The elegant interior is furnished to a good standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making a comfortable holiday home.

Upon entering is the large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player and French doors opening to the pool-side terrace and gardens. The well-equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer and eye level fitted cupboards. The washing machine is housed in the utility room. The master double bedroom has en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has adjacent full bath/shower room.

Stairs lead up from the hall to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing one family full bath/shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 5 nights with an any day changeover

• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
