Set in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only a five minute drive from either, this is a pretty one level villa that enjoys a lovely garden and pool area with lawned area and lovely covered terraces on two sides of the house.

Inside the villa is simply furnished with one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and the lounge/dining area with satellite TV & DVD. All the windows have mosquito screens.

There is an outside utility room with washing machine and a built in barbecue. The swimming pool is an L shaped one and there is plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the excellent views to the Tramuntana mountains.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 5 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
