Villa Halcon (Begur, Costa Brava)

Fantastic modern property with spectacular sea views, located in a quiet residential area 1.5km from Sa Tuna beach and 4km from the centre of Begur. Its large and bright spaces are divided into 3 levels.

On the upper floor there is a hall and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

On the main level is the living dining room leading to several terraces, a large open kitchen, toilet and double bedroom with bathroom.

On the lower level there is a children's room with two bunk beds and private bathroom, two double bedrooms, also with private bathroom, laundry room and spectacular master bedroom with bath, shower, and dressing.

Outside, there are several chill out areas, large Jacuzzi and infinity pool.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
