• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in June, July, August and September. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover

• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
