Villa Agustin (Begur, Costa Brava)

This villa is located very close to the centre of Begur and only 4 km from the best beaches of the Costa Brava.

With privileged views to the Castle of Begur, the Montgrí, the sea and even the Pyrenees, we find this property divided in the main house and an annex flat.

In the main house we find the first floor with the entrance hall and the living room. Downstairs, we find the fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, three double bedrooms, one of them en suite and a second bathroom with shower.

In the annexe flat, there is a small living-dining room with fridge and microwave, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, there is a large garden area and a 9 x 3m swimming pool fully equipped with outdoor furniture.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• Credit card details are required on arrival for the damage deposit 
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own pool towels
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 40 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per stay, payable on arrival
