Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rental must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Air Conditioning is included in the price
• WiFi is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival.
