The airy, open plan living area features an elegant contemporary décor and captures the sea views through patio doors that open out onto a south facing pool area.  Beyond, the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean form a magnificent backdrop, and can be admired as an even broader canvas from the first floor balcony shared by two of the bedrooms. 

Guests will no doubt spend their time either relaxing around the pool or enjoying the sandy beach of Canyelles where the scent of pine trees mingles with the salty sea air and a beachside restaurant forms the perfect venue for enjoying a delicious seafood paella.  Closer to hand, a restaurant is just 1km away within the local neighbourhood, whilst a scenic drive of some 15 minutes along a stunning coast road will reveal Tossa de Mar, a pretty seaside town with a charming 12th Century castellated old town of whitewashed homes, narrow lanes and typical ‘tavernas’.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed on request
