Villa Cora is a warmly-welcoming villa that’s located in the urbanisation of Serra Brava. This accommodation is located around four miles away from the beautiful cove of Cala Canyelles as well as the bustling resort of Lloret de Mar.

This Lloret de Mar villa is 165m2 and built on a plot of 900m2. The main facilities are distributed over two floors, and the property can sleep up to eight people.

Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that comes with an oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is also a living room area with a sofa-bed for two people and access to the generously-sized terrace that offers spectacular sea views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with sea views. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one single bedroom. One bathroom and one shower room completes the interior accomodation. 

Optional air conditioning is also available for a cost of 100 euros per week. Free WiFi.

Outside, you’ll find the private 8m x 4.5m swimming pool with a slide, parking and BBQ.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 2 euros per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is available on request, 100 euros per week, this is not included in the rental price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed 
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
