This charming 19th Century town house is tucked away in a narrow lane below Begur’s imposing medieval hilltop castle. Its excellent location, just a stone’s throw from the town’s main square and church, permits less reliance on a car for transport as it is perfectly positioned for walking out and exploring the winding streets and shady alleyways with their elegant colonial style residences, first class restaurants and tapas bars.

Imaginative in design, the interior displays an exquisite mixture of contemporary architecture and traditional features, with quality furnishings and tasteful pastel colour schemes creating an unmistakable feel of comfort and warmth.

Set over three floors, each level communicates via a handsome open tread staircase or alternatively by an eye catching elevator, constructed of polished steel and glass. From the first and second floors, doors open out onto the enchanting walled garden, which comes alive with the colours of bougainvillea and orange bigonia.

A sun terrace borders the swimming pool of this villa in Begur and decorative stone steps lead up to the end of the garden where a large fig tree offers welcome shade.

With so much to do and see so close to hand, you may not wish to leave this welcoming home but if you are able to tear yourself away, a visit to Begur's three delightful sandy coves, Aigua Blava, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera, is well recommended. Perfect for swimming and snorkelling, each one is a beauty spot in its own right and all are within a ten-minute drive.

Due to the internal layout of the house and terraced garden, young children would need supervision.
