We are absolutely delighted to add this fabulous villa to our villa collection in Puerto Pollensa. Not only is this villa a fantastic choice for a large family or group of friends, it is also located in the popular Siller area of Puerto Pollensa; within walking distance to all of the wonderful amenities this fabulous resort has to offer.
Set in a very private location this large two storey villa is a fabulous choice for those craving peace and quiet and plenty of relaxation. On arriving at the villa you are welcomed by a large fenced pool and lawn area scattered with sunbeds. Overlooking this is the large shaded terrace which is perfect to relax and escape the midday sun or simply enjoy a long lazy lunch.
The entrance of the villa leads you into a large comfortable open plan lounge/dining area which again is great to relax or maybe so the little ones can also escape the midday heat and enjoy one of their favourite DVD’s or the older children take advantage of the wifi provided. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom which are fully air conditioned and share a large family bathroom. There is a large fully equipped kitchen on this floor.
The first floor is accessed via some external steps, a great option for families who prefer a little more privacy as the living space upstairs is completely separate. On this floor there are two more bedrooms all air-conditioned and share a shower room. There is also a small seating area with a fridge and washbasin.
