Villa Las Arcadas

Villa Las Arcadas is a 4-bedroom townhouse that’s situated in a tranquil part of Llafranc. The property is located just 1km from the beach and has a lounge/dining room on the ground floor. Facilities include a TV, hi-fi, terrace doors and a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a convenient utility area with a washing machine in the property.

On the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single and a pull-out bed as well as an additional bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom on this floor. The second floor plays host to a double bedroom alongside a shower room. The private terrace comes complete with a table and chairs, and this leads directly onto the communal swimming pool.

Llafranc is a serene town in the Costa Brava that’s particularly suitable for families with children. Some of the best-known sights in Llafranc include San Sebastià Lighthouse, Sa Guarda Mountain, the revamped promenade and the botanical gardens.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own pool towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• No pets are allowed
• This villa is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
