This beautifully reformed farmhouse is set in the Pollença hills in an area known locally as "Vall de Colonya", and with beautiful views to the mountains. Reached along a very quiet, meandering country lane passing through orange, lemon and almond groves thus offering a very quiet enviroment, apart from sheepbells. The owner has carefully retained the original interior stone walls and wooden beams. All rooms are spacious with a good standard of furnishings and fittings.

The floodlit swimming pool, with Roman steps, has furnished sun terraces with nice views across the valley to the mountains. For those who enjoy walking this an ideal choice as you can walk directly onto the winding lane leading upto the mountains in this area. Yet you are a short drive from cosmopolitan Pollenca with the beautiful plaza, many tapas bars, restaurants and shops.
