Ideally situated on a south facing hillside amidst the stunning scenery of this most picturesque stretch of the Catalan coastline, Villa Jomill is a welcoming and well presented rental home in Tamariu that is within easy reach of coastal amenities. Bordered by properties of a similar style, it is just 1.1km from the picture-postcard sandy bay of Tamariu alongside which a stone-paved promenade is lined with an appetising selection of seafront restaurants and bars, whilst within the typical streets of the fishing village itself a local grocery store and bakers are also conveniently close to hand.
The well furnished interior is light and spacious. Sliding French doors open from the living/dining room onto a long covered terrace with a barbecue conveniently adjacent and the swimming pool just beyond. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully fitted with a ceiling fan and there are partial sea views from the first floor terrace. Villa Jomill also has the benefit of central heating should it be required, for very early or late season visits.
A 10 minute drive along the scenic back road leads to the renowned beauty spot of Aigua Blava, with its local restaurant and lovely sandy cove. Just a few minutes further on, crowned with a medieval castle and encircled by narrow winding streets, elegant boutiques and a choice of several fine restaurants, the charming hilltop town of Begur is the ideal spot for an evening stroll.
Special mention should also be made of the abundance of picturesque, hidden coves that can be found all along this rugged coastline.
