Description
Beautiful renovated house with private pool and beautiful garden with barbecue area. Villa Estrella is located in the residential area of Tamariu, just 800 meters from the beach. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in a quiet and privileged environment!
The house is distributed over two levels:
On the first floor, at street level, at the entrance we find a double bedroom en-suite, a large and modern kitchen fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven and microwave) with a table for breakfast, also a spacious and comfortable lounge-dining room with fireplace and exit to a pleasant and beautiful terrace, perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious meals al fresco or simply relax and have a drink. From the terrace there are steps leading down to a fantastic barbecue area with a small lawned garden and swimming pool with dressing room-shower area next to it.
On the lower level you can enjoy a space with small sports facilities, such as basketball hoops and a trampoline where children can play in peace and without any risk. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a trundle bed and a small desk, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and another bedroom with 2 beds.
Going down the stairs, at garden and pool level, we find a large space converted into a games room and another bedroom with a bunk bed.
