Description
A superb, individually designed and very modern, five-bedroom detached Javea villa, situated in the residential area of La Cala in the Costa Nova area of Javea and a short drive from some of the most beautiful bays and panoramic views in this beautiful part of Spain.

The open plan design of the air-conditioned lounge / dining room gives it a spacious and airy atmosphere. Three comfortable sofas offer plenty of seating for watching the satellite / cable television and using the WIFI. There is a large, American style kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. A hall leads to the air-conditioned double bedroom that has an en-suite shower room, television, and patio doors that lead to the covered terrace. Two further twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor with air conditioning, share a bathroom and are spacious, light, and decorated to a high standard.
On the second floor are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, each with en-suite bathrooms containing a bath and separate shower cubicle. Each bedroom has double doors to a large balcony with mountain views, each having windows to two aspects. An attractive tiled and wooden underlay staircase provides access from the lounge to the upper level.
