Villa La Casona

Magnificent Tamariu Villa of 353 m2 located walking distance to Tamariu, it is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with a plot of 1934 m2, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Facing south, has access from two different streets which gives an added flexibility.

The house has a private pool and a covered and independent barbecue. The villa is distributed on two floors and a half.

At the entrance there is a hall that separates 2 levels. Going up a few steps we find ourselves on the top floor. On the right hand side there is a garage for one car and on the left hand side - a bedroom with a single bed, a small sofa, a desk and a separate space with a double bed and access to the balcony. On the same floor, there is also a big studio with a double bed, 2 single beds, a desk and an access to a terrace. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Going down the stairs from the main entrance on the left hand side we find 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) that share a bathroom with shower, and on the right hand side - the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. On this same floor we have a spacious living-dining room with a large oak table for 10 people, a fireplace and two asccesses (one to the backyard and the other to the garden and a magnificent terrace-dining area), and also another double bedroom en suite with full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The splendid garden is distributed on two levels. The first level gives continuity to the dining room terrace and on the second level, where the swimming pool (9x4.5m) is, there is also a very nice porch with a barbecue area and a summer kitchen with a fireplace. On the same level, next to the pool at your service there is a toilet.

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover. 
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. Pool towels are also provided.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
